If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in West End.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in West End we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
