If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in West End.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in West End we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
