If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
