If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Virginia Hills.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Virginia Hills we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
