We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
