We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
