If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
