We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
