We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
