We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
