If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Virginia Hills.
The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Virginia Hills we will best know the market value of your rental.
