If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
