If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
