If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Port Royal.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Port Royal we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
