If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property.
