If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
