If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
