Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Potomac Yard.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Potomac Yard we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
