If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Potomac Yard.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Potomac Yard we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
