If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Potomac Yard.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Potomac Yard we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
