If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Potomac Yard.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Potomac Yard we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
