If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Potomac Yard.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Potomac Yard we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
