Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Potomac Yard.
The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Potomac Yard we can help determine the actual value of your home.
