If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Old Town.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Old Town we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
