If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Old Town.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Old Town we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
