Do you need a tenant for a property in Old Town?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to good rental property management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty seldom has issues with tenants that we identify.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome tenants because we've inherited difficulties from real estate investors who selected their own renters, or from property owners who have brought us tenants from other rental management companies.
The key to finding a great renter is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Old Town.
The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Old Town we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
