If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in New Alexandria.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in New Alexandria we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
