Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lee District.
The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
