We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Carlyle District.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Carlyle District we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
