If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Carlyle District.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Carlyle District we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
