If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Carlyle District.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Carlyle District we will nail down the retail value of your property.
