If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Carlyle District.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Carlyle District we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment.
