If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Carlyle District.
The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Carlyle District we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
