If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Arlandria.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Arlandria we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
