If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Arlandria.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Arlandria we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
