If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Arlandria.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Arlandria we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
