We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
