If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
