If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
