The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property.
