If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
