If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
