If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
