If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
