We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
