During the lease term in White Post

During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in White Post, the renter must allow us to access the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to enter rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Make repairs or upgrades,
  • Provide required services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in White Post. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
