During the lease term in Browntown

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental property in Browntown, the renter must allow us to enter the rental. Some valid reasons to enter rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or alterations,
  • Provide agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Browntown. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
