During the lease term in Port Republic

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Port Republic, the renter must allow us to come into the rental home. Some solid reasons to enter rental are to:

- Make repairs or alterations,
- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Port Republic. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
