During the lease term in Grottoes
During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental in Grottoes, the tenant must allow us to enter the rental home. Some valid reasons to access rental home are to:

- Perform maintenance or upgrades,
- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Grottoes.
