During the lease term in Southbridge
During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Southbridge, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some good reasons to go into rental are to:
