During the lease term in Fleetwood At Slate Run

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Fleetwood At Slate Run, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some good reasons to come into rental property are to:

  • Perform maintenance or improvements,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Fleetwood At Slate Run. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
