During the lease term in Gainesville

During tenancy, the rental belongs to the renter we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental property in Gainesville, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some good reasons to go into rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Make repairs or alterations,
  • Provide agreed services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Gainesville. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
