During the lease term in Broad Run

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Broad Run. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
