During the lease term in Luray
During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Luray, the renter must allow us to come into the rental home. Some good reasons to come into rental home are to:

- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Luray. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
