During the lease term in Sunset Heights

During tenancy, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Sunset Heights, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some valid reasons to go into rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Sunset Heights. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
