During the lease term in Middletown

During lease, the rental belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Middletown, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some solid reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades,
  • Provide necessary services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Middletown. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
