During the lease term in Skyline

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Skyline, the renter must allow us to access the rental home. Some valid reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Skyline. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
