During the lease term in Springfield

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Springfield, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some solid reasons to enter rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Provide necessary services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Springfield. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
