During the lease term in Chantilly
During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Chantilly, the tenant must allow us to enter the rental property. Some solid reasons to enter rental are to:

- Perform maintenance or improvements,
- Supply required services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Chantilly. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
