During the lease term in Burke

During tenancy, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Burke, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some solid reasons to come into rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or improvements,
  • Provide necessary services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Burke. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
