During the lease term in Shirlington

During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Shirlington, the renter must allow us to go into the rental property. Some valid reasons to go into rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or improvements,
  • Provide agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Shirlington. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
