During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in West End, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some good reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or improvements,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in West End. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
