During the lease term in Northern Virginia

During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Northern Virginia, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some justifiable reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or improvements,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Northern Virginia. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
