During the lease term in Northern Virginia
During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental property in Northern Virginia, the renter must allow us to come into the rental property. Some solid reasons to come into rental are to:
- Inspect the rental,
- Make repairs or decorate,
- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Northern Virginia. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
