If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Dale City.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Dale City we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
