If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in White Post.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in White Post we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
