If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in White Post.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in White Post we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
