If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in White Post.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in White Post we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
