If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in White Post.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in White Post we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
