If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Riverton.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Riverton we will best know the retail value of your rental.
