If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Riverton.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Riverton we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
