If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Riverton.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Riverton we can nail down the actual value of your property.
