If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Riverton.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Riverton we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
