We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Linden.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Linden we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
