We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home.
