If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Front Royal.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Front Royal we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
