If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Front Royal.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Front Royal we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
