We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Browntown.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Browntown we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
