If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Browntown.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Browntown we can help determine the market value of your property.
