If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Browntown.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Browntown we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
