If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Browntown.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Browntown we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
