If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Bentonville.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Bentonville we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
