If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Bentonville.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Bentonville we can help determine the market value of your property.
