If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Bentonville.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Bentonville we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
