If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Toms Brook.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Toms Brook we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
