If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Toms Brook.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Toms Brook we can nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
