If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Timberville.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Timberville we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
