If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Timberville.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Timberville we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
