If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Timberville.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Timberville we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
