If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Star Tannery.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Star Tannery we can best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
