Nesbitt Realty has experience with difficult tenants because we've inherited problems from real estate investors who found their own renters, or from real estate investors who have brought us renters from other property management companies.

If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Star Tannery.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Star Tannery we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
