If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Star Tannery.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Star Tannery we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
