If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Star Tannery.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Star Tannery we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
