If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Quicksburg.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Quicksburg we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
