If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Quicksburg.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Quicksburg we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
