If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Quicksburg.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Quicksburg we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
