If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Quicksburg.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Quicksburg we can best know the market value of your rental.
