If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Orkney Springs.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Orkney Springs we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
