If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Mount Jackson.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Mount Jackson we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
