If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Maurertown.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Maurertown we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
