If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Maurertown.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Maurertown we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
