If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Lebanon Church.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Lebanon Church we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
