Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fort Valley.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
