If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Fort Valley.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Fort Valley we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
