If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fort Valley.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Fort Valley we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
