Nesbitt Realty has experience with difficult renters because we've inherited difficulties from real estate investors who found their own tenants, or from real estate investors who have brought us renters from other property management companies.

If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
