If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Bryce Mountain Resort.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Bryce Mountain Resort we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
