We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Basye.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Basye we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
